Missing inventory can be a very difficult
crime to solve. When word gets around between employees that
nothing is done when inventory disappears, the problem will grow
at a rapid rate... especially during difficult
economic times. Ideally, you should have measures in place to prevent
this from happening (which we can also do for you), but at the very
least you must investigate missing items with an immediacy and urgency
that sends a message to staff that theft will not be tolerated. |

Employee theft rings can
take a lot of time and resources to solve and prosecute - something
local law enforcement lacks. With law enforcement officers getting laid
off, they must prioritize criminal investigations. Violent crimes
against people will be a much higher priority than getting to the bottom
of an employee theft ring. Another consideration is the public nature of
law enforcement investigations. Do you want other businesses and

One of our
techniques includes employee interviews with the latest in internal
security interrogation techniques and technology. We have access to a
secure sight that allows us to poll a number of internal employees who
had access to missing merchandise or products. We will create a "survey"
for an incident entering the date, time and nature of the occurrences.
We enter the employees
and their company contact emails (internal or external) and submit the
survey. Each employee gets a request to complete the survey along with a
hyperlink to the Surveys secure site. Once all surveys are complete we
review responses and receive a preliminary analysis of answers
indicating which employees are showing signs of deception in relation to
the matter being investigated. On average an organization will reduce
the costs of their initial inquires and interviews by 65% realizing an
immediate and measurable return on investment. This allows us to
efficiently and effectively resolve matters of internal losses.
This technology uses a series of algorithms that are based on a
dynamic matrix to analyze the responses of candidates in a controlled
group. These responses are scored and displayed in a graphical format
and in relation to the candidates in the group. Each candidate’s
personal data is deleted and only a unique reference number is retained
to track the candidates. Responses can be viewed and printed for further
analysis.
